Hi, I'm Hugo Osorio a multi-discipline designer specializing in Web Development, Interaction and Web/UI Design. Currently living in Puebla (México), partner in Gobierno Fácil where we work on projects related to Open Data and Civic Hacking like INEGI Fácil and Ramo 23. As well as collaborator with the newspaper El Universal. Also, I'm the founder of Vectores and Habítala.
Although I am self-taught programmer, I'm a graduate with honors from the Information Design Program at Universidad de las Américas Puebla (UDLAP), with an exchange program for a year at Madrid in Universidad Complutense de Madrid (UCM).
